This is the perfect holiday house (8 sleeper) to spend a relaxed carefree holiday.
Overlooking a bird sanctuary and in a secure complex this modern holiday house is centrally situated in the village - walking distance to the shops, restaurants, the lagoon and a few minutes drive to a choice of beautiful beaches.
The house has a spacious open plan living area, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. A large covered patio onto a garden allows you to enjoy the outdoors.
The facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, a garage with a washing machine, dryer and bar fridge and a weber braai. There are 2 TV's, DSTV (bring your own card) and a DVD player. All linen and bath towels are included but please bring your own beach towels. The house is a non-smoking house. Servicing of the house during your stay can arranged at an additional cost.
Enjoy a walk around the bird sanctuary, the awesome sunsets, views of the Outeniqua Mountains, a braai under the starlit sky and let the kids play safely in the complex's own jungle gym & play area.

- Wild Oats Farmers Market and Scarab Craft Market are every Saturday morning. You can buy breakfast, fresh produce and home-made delicacies directly from the farmers. It is a must for any weekend visitor.

- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
